This policy explains what information Rankwyre Academy ("we", "us") collects when you use the Certified Digital Sales Professional course at sales.rankwyre.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, and a password, which is stored only as a secure hash. We never see or store your password in plain text.
• Payment information. Your purchase is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number. We receive a confirmation of payment and the email you used at checkout.
• Learning data. Your lesson progress, exam attempts and scores, and any certificate or access codes issued to you.
• Technical data. Basic information your browser sends (such as request logs for security and reliability) and data we store in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember your progress.

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To deliver the course, unlock lessons, track progress, grade the exam, and issue your certificate.
• To email you transactional messages, such as your purchase access code, password resets, and your completion code.
• To provide support and to protect the service against fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the course:

• Supabase, for authentication, our database, file storage, and authentication emails.
• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Resend, for sending transactional emails from noreply@rankwyre.com.
• The Rankwyre agent platform, only if you choose to redeem your completion code to create an agent account there.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your lesson progress. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.

Data retention

We keep your account and learning data while your account is active so you keep access to the course and your certificate. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can also update your name from your account page. To make a request, email support@rankwyre.com.

Children

The course is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be communicated by email.
