These terms govern your purchase and use of the Certified Digital Sales Professional (CDSP) course offered by Rankwyre Academy ("we", "us") at sales.rankwyre.com. By creating an account, purchasing, or using the course, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The CDSP course is a one time purchase of 299 US dollars that gives you access to the course material: ten modules, thirty lessons, a final exam, and, on passing, the CDSP certificate. Access is for your personal use and is tied to your account.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The price is a single charge of 299 US dollars unless stated otherwise. We may change the price for future buyers, but a change will not affect a purchase you have already made.
Because the course is digital and you get immediate access, we offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed no more than the first two modules and have not passed the final exam. To request a refund, email support@rankwyre.com from the address you purchased with. Outside of that window or after substantial completion, purchases are non refundable.
The CDSP credential is awarded when you complete every lesson and score 80 percent or higher on the final exam. The certificate confirms that you completed the course. It is not a license, and it is not a promise of employment, income, or results.
The course is educational. Any examples of earnings or outcomes are illustrations, not guarantees. Your results depend on your own effort, skill, and market. Nothing in the course is financial, legal, or professional advice.
All course content, including the lessons, scripts, worksheets, exam, branding, and the CDSP name, is owned by Rankwyre Academy. We grant you a personal, non transferable, revocable license to access it for your own learning. All other rights are reserved.
The course relies on third parties such as Stripe for payments and the Rankwyre agent platform for graduates. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or misuse the service, including sharing codes or content. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
